Week Three: Shape into Summer - Full Body Circuits

This Full Body Circuits workout brings the heat with nonstop movement, high reps, and strength from head to toe. After a heart-pumping battle rope warmup, you’ll rotate through upper and lower body circuits that build endurance, sculpt muscle, and keep your energy high. With combos like curls to presses and squats to lunges, every set works multiple muscles for maximum efficiency and burn.


1. Warmup: 2-minute Battle Ropes


Circuit 1 (upper): 3 rounds x 15 reps each exercise

2. Cable Lat Pulldown

3. Incline Dumbbell Chest Press

4. Dumbbell Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press Combo


Circuit 2 (lower): 3 rounds x 15 reps each exercise

5. Kettlebell Goblet Squat into Forward Lunge

6. Barbell RDL
