Our coaches help you build a personalized strategy that includes smart workouts via Fitness+, and sustainable eating habits supported by Nutrition+, our powerful nutrition app loaded with meal plans, macro tracking, and thousands of recipes. You’ll also get regular check-ins with the Evolt 360 body scanner, which shows real-time shifts in fat mass, muscle gain, and more—so you can see the changes happening beneath the surface.

Q: Is there additional costs for coaching services?

A: At Energy Fitness, the only cost is for your 1-on-1 coaching, which is dependent on how many sessions you want per month/week. All other amenities and services are included at no extra cost.

Q: How often can I schedule coaching sessions?

A: Depending on your program, you can schedule coaching sessions on a weekly or monthly basis. These sessions can be utilized for any of our 1-on-1 coaching services.
