Our coaching programs are carefully designed to improve posture, joint stability, and muscle imbalances, using Fitness+ to guide corrective exercises and track your progress over time. The Evolt 360 body scanner provides insight into how your body is functioning—highlighting areas of muscular asymmetry or weakness—so your coach can fine-tune your program and help you stay ahead of injury.

A: At Energy Fitness, the only cost is for your 1-on-1 coaching, which is dependent on how many sessions you want per month/week. All other amenities and services are included at no extra cost.
Q: How often can I schedule coaching sessions?
A: Depending on your program, you can schedule coaching sessions on a weekly or monthly basis. These sessions can be utilized for any of our 1-on-1 coaching services.
