Your coach will guide you through the basics with structured programming, nutrition made easy through our Nutrition+ app, and regular check-ins using the Evolt 360 to track your progress beyond the number on the scale. Q: Is there additional costs for coaching services?
A: At Energy Fitness, the only cost is for your 1-on-1 coaching, which is dependent on how many sessions you want per month/week. All other amenities and services are included at no extra cost.
Q: How often can I schedule coaching sessions?
A: Depending on your program, you can schedule coaching sessions on a weekly or monthly basis. These sessions can be utilized for any of our 1-on-1 coaching services.
