We believe everyone should have the chance to achieve their fitness goals. In order to do that, you need more than a gym - you need coaching, connection, and accountability. At Energy Fitness, every client partners with their own personal coach and creates a fitness program customized to fit their lifestyle, providing all the tools they need to embark on a game changing fitness journey.

All of our coaching sessions are 45-minutes and custom curated to help you achieve maximum results in minimal time. Apart from our elite 1-on-1 fitness coaching, we also offer a variety of other coaching services to ensure overall health & support. Whether you're new or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, we have a coaching program for you. For twenty years, we've been serving members of the community ranging in age from 13 to 93 and everywhere in between.
FITNESS Training
Our fitness coaching is a focused 1-on-1 fitness instruction that involves creating personalized workout plans to help you improve your strength and overall fitness. You'll work with an experienced team of coaches which allows you to benefit from a wide array of expertise. Your workouts may include strength, mobility, cardiovascular exercise, or a combination, depending on your specific goals and needs.

These sessions incorporates fitness assessments, detailed body composition analysis, goal setting, and exercise education. Following an introductory session, your coach will guide you through challenging workout routines specifically designed for your fitness needs.

BODY SCAN Assessments
3D body scanning makes visualizing progress simple. As part of our fitness & nutrition coaching programs, every member receives assessments to extract measurements, shape, body composition, and other insights relevant to you.

Weight scales often mislead you into thinking you're not making progress. Nothing is more illustrative and more motivating than to actually see your body transform in 3D. Analyze hundreds of measurements like your waist, hip, thigh, and more with less than 1% error.
STRETCH & Recovery
It's not enough to build muscle​ ​and achieve aerobic fitness. You​ ​need to think about flexibility,​ ​too. Stretching can help.​ ​Stretching keeps the muscles​ ​flexible, strong, and healthy, and​ ​we need that flexibility to maintain a​ ​range of motion in the joints. Without it,​ ​the muscles shorten and become tight.​ ​Then, when you call on the muscles for​ ​activity, they are weak and unable to​ ​extend all the way. That puts you at risk for​ ​joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.

NUTRITION Coaching
Our expert nutrition coaches are here to guide you through your nutrition journey. Whether you’re trying to learn the difference between Keto, Paleo, Intermittent Fasting, or what in the world Macros are, Energy’s nutrition coaches are here to support and guide you.

With our custom tailored 6-week nutrition program, you will be given custom grocery lists, meal plans, nutritional education and weekly 30-minute checkins with your personal nutrition coach.
