Welcome to the Energy Momentum Challenge — we’re so glad you’re here.
Over the next five weeks, this challenge is designed to help you build real, lasting momentum through consistency, coaching, and community support. This isn’t about extremes, perfection, or doing everything “right.” It’s about showing up, stacking small wins, and letting those wins compound into strength, confidence, and healthier habits you can carry forward.
At Energy Fitness, we believe momentum is built one choice at a time — and you don’t have to do it alone.
What to Expect Over the Next 5 Weeks
Each week of the Momentum Challenge has a simple focus, but the goal stays the same: keep moving forward.
You’ll earn points automatically for everyday actions like gym check-ins, coaching sessions, studio classes, EVOLT assessments, and engaging in the Energy community. While points and prizes are part of the fun, the true purpose of this challenge is to help you build routines that support stronger bodies and longer, healthier lives.
Throughout the challenge, you’ll see weekly themes, encouragement from coaches, and opportunities to connect with others who are on the same journey as you. Use these tools to stay engaged, motivated, and supported.

Ground Rules for Success
To get the most out of this challenge, we encourage you to set a few simple expectations from the start:
1. Consistency Beats Intensity
You do not need to train harder, longer, or perfectly. Showing up consistently — even on busy or low-energy days — is what builds momentum. A short workout still counts. A check-in still matters.
2. Use Your Coaches
Coaching is one of the biggest advantages you have during this challenge. Ask questions, get guidance, and lean into support. Coaches are here to help you adjust, stay safe, and keep progressing in a way that works for you.
3. Community Is a Superpower
Momentum grows faster when you’re surrounded by support. Say hello. Take a class. Encourage someone else. Bring a buddy. You’ll be surprised how much stronger your own motivation feels when you’re part of a team.
4. Progress Isn’t Always Linear
Some weeks will feel great. Others may feel challenging. That’s normal. Momentum doesn’t mean every day is perfect — it means you keep coming back even when life gets busy or motivation dips.
5. Focus on What You Can Control
You don’t need to change everything at once. Focus on what’s manageable right now: showing up, moving your body, recovering well, and taking care of yourself.
How Healthy Habits Fit In
As part of the Momentum Challenge, you’ll also have access to a Healthy Habits Card. This is meant to support your training — not overwhelm it.
These habits focus on things like:
Rest and recovery
Hydration
Mental awareness and stress management
Community and connection
Think of these habits as tools to help you feel better, recover faster, and stay consistent — not a checklist you have to complete perfectly.

Your Goal: Momentum, Not Perfection
Your official challenge goal is to earn 350 points by staying engaged and consistent over the five weeks. Everyone who hits that goal will be entered into a Weekend Getaway for two — but the real reward is the momentum you’ll build along the way.
If you miss a day, don’t quit. If a week feels off, reset and keep going. Momentum is built by continuing forward, not by starting over.
