Week One: Start Strong by Showing Up

Welcome to Week One of the Momentum Challenge! This week is all about showing up, learning the flow, and discovering how Energy Fitness makes consistency easier than you might think. You don’t need perfect workouts or extra time — you just need to take advantage of the support already built in.

Here’s how to use Energy’s amenities, coaching, and tools to set yourself up for success this week.

1. Checking In Is a Win (Even on Busy Days)

Life gets busy — and that’s exactly why checking in matters. Even if you only have time for a short workout, stopping by still helps you build momentum.

When you check in, you:

  • Earn points through Energy Rewards

  • Keep your routine alive

  • Check off healthy habits

  • Stay connected to your Energy community

👉 Pro tip: A 20–30 minute workout still counts. Show up, collect your points, and move on with your day feeling accomplished.

2. Let the App Do the Planning for You

Scheduling doesn’t have to be complicated. The EnergyFitness+ app makes it easy to stay consistent without overthinking.

Use the app to:

  • Schedule coaching sessions

  • Sign up for studio classes

  • See real-time availability

  • Adjust your schedule on the fly

👉 Try this today: Open the app and schedule at least one coaching session or class for the week ahead. Future-you will thank you.

3. Coaching: Wherever You’re At, We’ve Got You

There are two kinds of members — and both are fully supported during this challenge:

If you already work with a coach regularly:

Lean into that relationship. Let your coach know you’re part of the Momentum Challenge and ask for guidance on consistency, recovery, or weekly focus. Coaching helps you stay accountable and confident.

If you don’t have a coach yet:

That’s okay — and you’re not behind. Our team can help match you with a coach who fits your goals, schedule, and training style.

👉 Just ask the front desk or any coach on the floor — we’ll help you get connected.

4. Use Recovery to Stay Consistent (Not Just to Rest)

Momentum isn’t built by pushing harder every day — it’s built by recovering well so you can keep showing up.

Energy’s recovery amenities are here to support you:

  • Recovery room

  • Saunas

  • Stretching and mobility spaces

👉 Even 5–10 minutes of recovery after a workout helps reduce soreness and keeps consistency sustainable.

5. Make Energy Part of Your Routine (Not a Chore)

One of the easiest ways to stay consistent is to make Energy convenient and enjoyable.

Use the locker rooms, showers, and amenities to:

  • Train before work

  • Get a workout in during lunch

  • Stop by after work without rushing home

And yes — grab a fresh Starbucks on your way out if it helps make showing up feel rewarding. 😉

6. Healthy Habits = Awareness, Not Perfection

Your Healthy Habits Card is there to help you notice how rest, hydration, recovery, mindset, and community support your training.

This week, just aim to:

  • Drink a bit more water

  • Stretch or recover once or twice

  • Be mindful of rest and stress

Small actions matter more than doing everything at once.

7. Redefine Success This Week

Success in Week One looks like:

  • Checking in regularly

  • Using the app to schedule support

  • Connecting with a coach (or starting that conversation)

  • Learning how Energy fits into your life

You don’t need to do it all — you just need to start.

Final Thought for Week One

Momentum begins when you use the support around you. Energy Fitness is designed to make consistency easier, recovery accessible, and progress sustainable.

Show up, take advantage of what’s here, and trust that small wins — repeated often — create big momentum.

Check in. Collect your points. Build momentum. 💪⚡
