If you spend any time on social media or on our gym turf, you’ve likely seen the buzz surrounding HYROX. It’s being called the world’s biggest fitness race, combining a 1km run with a functional fitness station, repeated eight times.
It’s fast, it’s loud, and it’s incredibly popular.
With our next 10-Week HYROX Performance Training Season kicking off on August 1st, you might be wondering: Is this program for me? What are the actual benefits? And do I really have what it takes?

Whether you are actively preparing to take the competition floor at HYROX Boston or you are just "HYROX curious" and looking for a powerful anchor to keep your fitness on track as summer transitions into fall, here is exactly why this 10-week block is worth your commitment.
1. You will push past your self-imposed limits
Most of us have a "governor" in our brains—a voice that tells us to slow down or stop long before our bodies actually need to. HYROX training safely breaks through that wall.
Our 1.5-hour weekly sessions focus heavily on "compromised running"—the art of running efficiently when your legs already feel like lead from heavy sled pushes or high-volume wall balls. Under the watchful eye of expert coaches, you will be guided through race-simulation fatigue in a controlled, smart, and progressive environment. You’ll discover a gear you didn’t know you had, building a massive aerobic engine and an unbreakable mindset.
2. You don't have to sweat alone (The Power of the Crew)
HYROX can be a grueling test, but it is infinitely better when you’re doing it with a team.
We cap these training blocks at strictly 16 athletes per club for a reason. It creates an intimate, high-energy environment where nobody gets left behind. You aren’t just a face in a crowded class; you are part of a dedicated training pod. You will struggle together, celebrate milestones together, and keep each other accountable. If you’ve been looking for a deeper sense of community in your fitness routine, you will find it here. (Bonus: This round is open to both members and non-members, meaning you can even bring a friend or future Doubles partner along for the ride).
3. A safe, coached environment to master the "Big 8"
Can anyone do a burpee broad jump or hop on a rowing machine? Sure. But can you do them efficiently for an hour straight without injuring yourself or wasting vital energy? That’s where coaching comes in.
Our coaches break down the mechanics of all 8 standardized HYROX stations. We focus on pacing, breathing, and flawless form so that your movement patterns become second nature. We ensure you are lifting, pulling, and running safely, drastically reducing the risk of injury while maximizing your output.
The Reality Check: Who is this for?
Here is our honest take: HYROX is designed so that virtually any fitness level can finish the race. It features no complex Olympic lifting and no high-skill gymnastics.
However, while the movements are simple, the training is intense.
This 10-week block requires a healthy measure of commitment. A 90-minute weekly intensive demands your focus, your energy, and a willingness to be uncomfortable. We aren't looking for perfect fitness levels on Day 1, but we are looking for people who are ready to show up, give 100%, and honor the work.
Are you ready to see what you're capable of?
If you want to spend the next ten weeks building elite strength, improving your stamina, and training alongside the most supportive crew in the club, your spot is waiting.
Our spring season sold out rapidly across multiple locations, and spots for the August 1st block are already dwindling.
