With the guidance of a professional personal trainer, our teen training sessions are the perfect building block to great overall health and wellness.  Ages 13 – 17 are pivotal for health and our guided personal training sessions will teach your teen proper technique, stamina training & nutrition training to help them for years to come.  Classes are available on an individual or buddy (bring a friend up to 5!) basis.

At Energy, Strength and Stamina workouts are fine tuned to dive deep into building the fittest body you can with the guidance of a certified trainer. The structured workouts not only shape you up, but also instruct and inform you in the right methods to weightlift and work out.

These classes will make sure you know how to focus on the right exercises and workouts to reach your goals and build a strong foundation for years to come.
