KC is a certified personal trainer with a specialization in weight loss and small group training. She's an experienced nutrition coach with a focus on whole foods diets. KC has been working in fitness for 10 years, but before that she worked in mental health services. Fitness and nutrition is the perfect transition to incorporate the physical health with mental health to treat the whole person.
