Our Check In Challenge  sets the bar at a base.  Let’s start it off nice and slow and get to know one another.  Check in 15 times in 30 days to complete this challenge.

Weight Loss Challenge

Our Weight Loss Challenge is for those truly focusing on losing some pandemic weight!  Lose 5 pounds in 30 days to smash this challenge!

MEPS Challenge

Our MEPS Challenge will push you to your limits.  A MEP is defined as a “MyZone Effort Points”.  When utilizing our MyZone Heartrate Monitor technology, your MEPs are measurable forms of energy output defined by your own personal effort.  Accrue 1300 MEPs in 30 days and demolish this challenge!
