Chantal
Class Instructor for: Cycle Fit.

Hi, I’m Chantal… officially the baby of the group. In February 2006 I received my Reebok Spin Certification. I found spinning to be my niche because everyone can ride a bike and benefit from a great cardio workout at the same time. I have been a sub spin instructor for the last year, and enjoy making my riders sweat! I have a College degree in Law and Security, my University degree in Sociology and am finishing my last College degree in Financial Services Underwriting.I have been a Big Sister for 5 years now, and my little sister is 13 years old now. I wouldn’t give up our weekly time together for anything. One day, I will bring her into the gym and put her through one of Cycle Fit classes! I look forward to many more years instructing with Energy fitness, and providing energetic and motivating classes to great music with the odd loud cheer to all my devotees of Cycle Fit.

Craig
Class Instructor for: Yoga.
Profile:
Craig's goal is to lead the Yogi life style - always. His objective is to aid in uplifting the mind and body of his Yoga students, as well as providing guidance and assurance. Craig's qualifications are: RYT with the Yoga Alliance. He trained with some of North Americas most popular teachers, including Rodney Yee, Cyndi Lee, Gurus Sri Dharma Mittri and Geshe Michael Roach.

Deb
Class Instructor for: Step.
Profile:
Debbie received her Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification (AFLCA) in Calgary in 1982 and her Ontario Fitness Council (OFC) and Can-fit-pro Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS) upon relocating to Burlington in 1992. She has been at Energy since this time and teaches a variety of enthusiastic classes including Step, Hi/Low aerobics and TBC. When not at the club she's either on the road or in the Burlington office running a small petroleum company.

Gail
Class Instructor for: Mat Pilates, Mat Pilates Plus, Step to Better Assets, Legs, Tums and Bums.
Profile:
Gail brings fifteen years of fitness instruction to Energy Fitness. Interestingly enough, Gail first began instructing fitness classes at Energy in 1992. She soon moved away to Calgary, where she was hired as the Group Fitness Director of a large chain of women's only clubs. From there she moved to San Francisco, then to New York, finally settling in Kentucky, where she continued teaching fitness and presented workshops to other instructors for their continuing educational needs. In 2002, Gail moved back to the Burlington area and now teaches exclusively for Energy Fitness. Gail is Can-fit-pro, AFLCA, AFAA, and Mat Pilates certified as well as being a continuing educational provider for a few fitness clubs in the U.S.

Kelly
Class Instructor for: Yogilates, Muscle Fusion, Step.
Profile:
Kelly received her Can-fit-pro Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS) certification shortly after relocating to Burlington in 2001. She joined the Energy Team in April of that year, and has specialized in Step, Muscle, Kick box, and Hi/Low aerobic group fitness classes over the past 6 years (and during 2 pregnancies!!!!) When not instructing or changing diapers, Kelly works full time as a National Account Manager for GE Consumer and Industrial Canada in Oakville.

Regan
Class Instructor for: Cycle Fit/Abs/Weights, Cycle Fit and Mats Pilates Plus.
Profile:
Regan has a passion for teaching Pilates and takes a holistic “whole body” approach when training clients. She has been involved in competitive sport for most of her life and has had the opportunity to train and coach beginner to elite athletes. Education: McMaster University undergrad program studying Psychology and Sociology.Certifications: ACE Personal Trainer; Pilates Professional: Stott Trained; ORCA Level One Tandem Whitewater Canoe Coaching; Level One National Coaching for Sprint Canoe and Kayaking; Kick-box Boot Camp Instructor Program; Madd Dog Athletics Cycle Fit Instructor. Specializations: Pilates and core conditioning, circuit training, and strength training. Philosophy: Physical, Spiritual and Emotional Fitness contribute to creating balance in our life process. “Keep an open mind, step out of the box and try new things.”

Tanis
Class Instructor for: Cycle Fit/Ball, Cycle Fit.
Profile:
Tanis has been a group fitness instructor since 1989. She has also completed her personal training, nutrition and wellness courses. Tanis has taught for a variety of private and corporate fitness centres. Currently focused on Cycle Fit classes she has also taught a variety of classes including step, muscle conditioning, ball and Hi/Low aerobics. Tanis enjoys connecting with her class and sharing the latest fitness and nutrition tips with her participants.
