Energy Fitness has been a cornerstone of the Burlington community for over a decade offering a non-intimidating fitness environment. We are a ‘boutique’ gym, in the sense that we are privately owned and we offer you a group of dedicated people here to deliver… Just results.
Our facility includes:
• 10,000 square feet featuring new state-of-the-art equipment.
• A spacious layout.
• Tons of parking right outside our front door.
• Daycare and Steam Rooms.
• And the Energy Café for a pre or post-workout protein shake.

MON - FRI 9:00am - 1:00pm & 4:30pm - 8:30pm
SAT & SUN 8:30am - 12:00pm
